​We're Sheena & Brian Kelly, avid cottagers and locals with a love for the region and property care.

Based in Southampton, ON, Kelly & Sons Property Care Inc. provides services in the Saugeen Shores area. As founders of the business and local residents, we are dedicated to caring for your house, cottage or seasonal home all year round, inside and out.

Sheena has been coming to the region and spending summers at her family cottage ever since she was just 3 weeks old. Her grandparents, Bill & Marjorie Cook, began the family tradition in the 1950's, and her parents, Liz and Alasdair McNellan, followed suit.

Now Sheena, along with Brian and their three children, Fox, Hunter and Rae, have relocated to Southampton as full-time residents.

Prior to founding Kelly & Sons, Brian had been working in the car business when he discovered his passion for lawn & property care. We decided to combine this passion with Sheena's favourite place to create our happiness. Everyone who visits Southampton falls in love with the area, and this is where we would like to settle down and raise our children.

We look forward to becoming part of this wonderful community and making new friends.
